Course Enrollment Terms

These terms apply to everyone who enrolls in a course run by Infosystem Technology Limited (“Infosystem Academy”, “we”) — online, at our Dhaka campus or at a partner venue. Our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy also apply.

Enrollment and admission

• You can enroll online, by phone or WhatsApp, or at our office.
• Your seat is reserved when we receive the course fee or the first installment and send you a receipt.
• Seats in each batch are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Some courses list entry requirements (for example basic computer skills). Please check the course page before enrolling.
• Students under 18 need the written consent of a parent or guardian.

Fees and installments

• Course fees are listed on each course page in Bangladeshi Taka and may change for future batches. The fee you paid is honoured for your batch.
• Where installments are offered, each payment must be made by the date on your receipt. We may pause access to classes and materials until an overdue installment is paid.
• Discounts and scholarships cannot be combined unless stated, and are not exchangeable for cash.
• Payments can be made by bKash, bank transfer, card or cash at our office. Always ask for a receipt.

Batches, schedules and changes

Batch start dates, class days and times are shown on the course page and confirmed by phone, SMS or email. We may change dates, rooms, instructors or move a class online for reasons such as public holidays, low enrollment or events outside our control. If we postpone a batch and you cannot join the new schedule, you can transfer to another batch or receive a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Attendance and assessment

• Please arrive on time and attend at least 80% of classes.
• Missed classes may be covered by recordings or support sessions where available, but cannot be guaranteed.
• Assignments, projects and assessments must be your own work. Copying or submitting someone else’s work may lead to failing the course.

Certificates

You receive an Infosystem certificate of completion when you meet the attendance and assessment requirements. For NSDA-registered courses, national certification depends on passing the assessment run by the relevant body and on their rules and fees. Certificates can be verified by contacting us.

Materials and recordings

Course materials, slides, code, templates and recordings are for your personal learning only. Do not share, resell or publish them. Online class links and group invitations are personal and must not be shared.

Conduct

We want every class to be a safe and respectful place to learn. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, cheating, damaging equipment or disrupting classes is not allowed. We may suspend or remove a student for serious or repeated misconduct, without a refund.

Equipment and campus

Students in hands-on courses should bring their own laptop unless the course page says a computer is provided. Please take care of our equipment and premises; you may be asked to pay for damage caused deliberately or through negligence.

Photos and marketing

We sometimes take photos or short videos in class and at events for our website and social media. Tell your instructor or email us if you prefer not to appear, and we will respect that. We will only publish your project work or testimonial with your permission.

Job and internship support

Career guidance, freelancing support and internship referrals are provided where advertised, but we cannot guarantee employment, freelance income or a specific salary.
