Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Infosystem Technology Limited (“Infosystem”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Bangladesh with its office at Shams Parasol, Flat C1, House 5, Road 21, Gulshan 1, Dhaka. They apply when you use infosystemltd.com, request a proposal, buy a service or enroll in a course.

Acceptance

By using the website, submitting a form, placing an order or paying an invoice you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Our services

We provide website design and development, software development, search engine optimisation, digital marketing, branding and related IT services, and professional training courses through Infosystem Academy. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of a service are set out in the proposal, quotation, invoice or package description you accept. Anything not listed there is outside the scope and may be quoted separately.

Orders and contracts

A contract is formed when you accept a proposal in writing (including by email or WhatsApp), pay an advance or invoice, or complete checkout on the website. For courses, the Course Enrollment Terms also apply.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise; international clients may be invoiced in USD, AUD, GBP or EUR.
• Unless your proposal says otherwise, projects start after a 50% advance and the balance is due on delivery, before files are handed over or the site goes live.
• Monthly services (such as SEO or social media management) are billed in advance at the start of each month.
• Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
• Online payments are processed by bKash and other payment partners. Their fees and terms apply to the transaction.
• Prices include VAT only where stated.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, content, approvals and access when we need them.
• Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos or data you give us.
• Review work and give feedback within a reasonable time — delays on your side may move the timeline.
• Keep your own logins secure and tell us if you change access we rely on.

Timelines and revisions

Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and on receiving your content and feedback on time. Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Extra revisions or changes to the agreed scope are quoted and billed separately.

Results

We use proven methods and our best professional effort, but search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on factors outside our control — including search engine algorithms, competitors, advertising platforms and your market. Unless agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

Intellectual property

• When you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (for example your website design, content and logo files).
• We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
• Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licences.
• We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
• Course materials, recordings and slides belong to Infosystem and are for your personal learning only.

Confidentiality

Both sides will keep the other’s confidential business information private and use it only for the project. This does not apply to information that is already public or that the law requires us to disclose.

Hosting, domains and third-party platforms

Where we register domains, set up hosting or manage accounts on your behalf, the provider’s terms apply and renewals are your responsibility unless included in your package. We are not liable for outages, policy changes or account suspensions caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta or hosting companies.

Using this website

You agree not to misuse the website — for example by trying to access it without permission, interfering with its security, sending spam through our forms, scraping it at scale or uploading harmful code. We may block access or remove content that breaks these rules.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Termination

Either side may end an ongoing service with 30 days’ written notice, or immediately if the other side seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the problem within 14 days of being told. You pay for work completed up to the end date.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve a complaint informally first — please write to us. If that fails, the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
